Our team includes technology professionals who combined have over 40 years of experience in consulting, development and deployment of enterprise wide systems and small business solutions.

Our clients include: Microsoft, Captaris, Aldus Corporation, Adobe Systems, Visio Corporation, ONYX Corporation, the Seattle Symphony, ImageX, Suburban Cities Association and the University of Washington.


Craig Borgard                                                 
Experienced in all phases of IS function and management. Creation of complex network infrastructures, help desk design and implementation as well client/server applications.

Managed, designed, installed and maintained networks across a variety of NOS platforms and multiple topologies. Background includes the following products. Windows, Windows NT, MS Backoffice, Novell Netware, Great Plains, Platinum. Networks were designed using TCP/IP, IPX, Decnet, and NetBeui on physical media as diverse as POTS, 10Base-2, 10/100Base-T and Fiber Optics. Experienced with telecommunication switches and all manor of bridges, routers and data switches, including Bay Networks, Cisco, 3Com and Hewlett Packard.


Doug Peltonen      MCSE Windows 2000, Cisco CCNA
Specification, deployment and maintenance of complex enterprise business systems in a heterogeneous computing environment. Experience includes significant hands-on administration and project management to provide creative and innovative solutions to technology driven organizations. Excellent problem solving ability gives me necessary tools to design, deploy and maintain enterprise systems that meet and exceed mission-critical business goals.


Bruce Van Norman                                                    
Experienced in all phases of IT (Information Technology) & NOC (Network Operations Center) operations. Engaged with computing since 1953. Employed by Boeing (1966-1998) as a software engineer developing a variety of systems, networks and protocols. First network project was Apollo-TIE (Technical Information Exchange) 1967-1969 at Huntsville Alabama (Redstone Arsenal; Marshall Space Center).

During the 80's and 90's; engaged, as principle engineer, on a number of communications projects, including Arpanet and Internet. Also became a consultant, providing professional services to 86 major corporations such as: British Aerospace (Stevenage, England), Damlier-Benz (AEG division, Ulm, Germany), Phillips Petroleum (both North Sea and US operations), and multiple divisions of Lockheed, McDonnell-Douglas, and my employer - Boeing.

Retired from Boeing in 1998 and began developing a local clientele for network, fail-back, backup-recovery, and host services. During this period began working closely with Doug Peltonen on a number of projects and joined Conversant Networks in 2006.

Eric brings to Conversant Networks 12 years of expereience as a senior marketing communications and product manager with companies such as Adobe Systems, Qpass, CitySeats.com, AEI Music and Ex Officio. Eric's extensive experience in e-commerce (consumer and business to business), business development, market research, messaging development, and brand marketing assures our web development services are user friendly, intuitive, and effective at achieving your business' strategic needs.
